PBmeds is a comprehensive software solution for providing services in the health sector.
Which bank card should I use to pay for PBmeds services?
You can use any bank card that is a member of Shetab.
Is my payment made through a secure gateway?
Yes, PBmeds uses the gateways of Pasargad Bank and Saman Bank, and the Enamad symbol and the national license for virtual business of this organization can be viewed and verified at the bottom of this page.

How is the coordination and timing for sample collection for tests?
If the test request is made between 8 AM and 8 PM, coordination for sending the sample collector to the location will be done daily and without holidays *within a maximum of 30 minutes* after the request is submitted, and sample collection will be conducted the same day. Requests outside this time frame will be followed up at 8 AM the next day.
Response time for all home tests
All tests are conducted daily without holidays within 24 hours after sample collection.
How to request the cancellation of a home test?
All tests taken can be canceled before coordination for the sample collector's presence (via phone or SMS), and the total amount paid will be returned to the user’s account or bank account within a maximum of one hour after the cancellation request is made. If canceled by the user after coordination for the sample collector's presence, the travel expenses will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

How can I get a consultation from a consultant or doctor?
By visiting the list of consultants, you can choose the desired consultant or doctor and send your question in text, image, or audio format.
In what form can I send my question?
To receive consultation, you can send text, photos, and audio to the consultant or doctor.
When will the doctor or consultant respond to me?
Doctors on PBmeds have a maximum of 5 hours after the user's question to respond.
Does the 5-hour response time apply at all hours of the day?
If a consultation is asked between midnight and 8 AM, the 5 hours will be calculated from 8 AM.
How can I know that the consultant has answered my question?
Once the doctor or consultant sends the response to your question, you will be notified via SMS.
Can I send a radiology image? Are there specific conditions?
The image must be placed on a glass that resembles a window, and light should be shone from behind to make the image clearer for the doctor.

How can I make an online appointment?
From the homepage, click on Doctors and Centers to view the list of doctors. You can use various filters or search for the name of the doctor you want. Then click on appointment scheduling and view the doctor's working calendar. You can choose available times and proceed to book.
How can I be sure that my appointment has been registered?
At the end of the appointment booking process, if the system displays a tracking code, you can be sure that your appointment has been registered. Keep the tracking code until the end of the visit and when you go to the office.
What will happen to my payment?
The amount you pay for regular appointments is the same as the doctor's consultation fee. You will not pay any additional fees.
What is an emergency appointment?
An emergency appointment, or 'between patients' as it is commonly known in doctors' offices, is managed by PBmeds. If you need to see a doctor and all appointments are taken, you can apply for this type of appointment. In this type of appointment, depending on the case, there may be a slightly higher consultation fee that PBmeds will receive as a fee. In this type of appointment, the waiting time is longer.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel until 24 hours before the appointment time. This option is available in your user profile. The amount paid will be fully refunded to the user's account or bank account. In cases where the 24-hour window has passed, the amount will be credited to the doctor.
What happens if the secretary cancels?
The payment will be refunded to your account. You can re-book an appointment.
Can I make an appointment for someone else?
Yes, but you must register the person in the system. Avoid making appointments for others using your account.
