After placing your on-site test request and choosing the desired test, a sampling agent will arrive at your location within 30 minutes between 8 AM and 8 PM daily, including weekends. If your request is made outside of this time frame, it will be processed the following day at 8 AM.
Test Results
Blood and COVID-19 test results will be available online in your user panel 12 to 24 hours after sampling, depending on the test type, and the original result will be sent to you via SMS.
Cancel Request
If for any reason you need to cancel or postpone your home test, you can cancel your request before our experts contact you (via phone or SMS). The full cost will be refunded to your account or bank within one hour after the cancellation request. If the sampling appointment has been coordinated, transportation costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
When submitting an online test request, you can upload your prescription and select your insurance type. The cost of home testing will be reduced depending on your insurance.
